Subscriptions & Billing
• Manage or cancel your subscription:
On your iPhone/iPad, go to Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions and select Study Scripts. You can also use the Apple link above.
• Restore purchases:
Open Study Scripts, go to the subscription screen, and tap “Restore Purchases.” Make sure you’re signed in with the same Apple ID you used to purchase.
• Troubleshooting
• Content not loading:
1. Check your internet connection.
2. Force quit and relaunch the app.
3. Update to the latest version of Study Scripts from the App Store.
• Subscription not recognized:
1. Tap “Restore Purchases” in the app’s subscription screen.
2. Confirm you’re signed in with the same Apple ID used to purchase.
3. Reboot your device and try again.
• Crashes or unexpected behavior:
1. Ensure your device is running the latest iOS/iPadOS version.
2. Reinstall the app (your subscription is tied to your Apple ID and won’t be lost).
3. Contact support with steps to reproduce and screenshots if possible.
